Make a reservation for your pet's next vacation at Club Pet online. Please fill in the information below and click the SUBMIT button. For multiple pets, please submit separate forms. Please give a credit card number ( We do not take American Express ) or send in a check for a $ 50  to hold the reservation. Cancellations must be made at least FOURTEEN  DAYS before the drop off date in order to get a refund! Please only make reservations for the days that you need. You will be charged for each day of your reservation during the peak season period. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis.
